1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Description

Techno Networks PK provides professional PVC card printing services, including but not limited to:

• ID card printing and design services
• Access control cards
• Membership and loyalty cards
• Business cards and promotional cards
• Card printer sales and maintenance
• Related consultation and support services

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Order Placement

When placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review and approve all design specifications before production
• Confirm quantities, designs, and delivery requirements
• Make payment as specified in the quotation

3.2 Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled unless agreed upon in writing.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be specified in the quotation
• Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before production begins
• We accept various payment methods as specified in the quotation

4. Design and Content

4.1 Customer-Provided Content

You are solely responsible for all content, designs, images, and information you provide to us. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses

4.2 Approval Process

You are required to review and approve all proofs and design mockups before production. Once approved, Techno Networks PK is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

4.3 Design Services

If we provide design services, we retain the right to use completed designs for our portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current workload. We will provide estimated completion dates, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery

• Delivery charges and methods will be specified in the quotation
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
• Delays in delivery due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability are not our responsibility
• Local delivery may be available in Lahore and Islamabad

6. Quality Assurance

We strive to maintain high-quality standards. However:

• All cards are subject to minor variations in color and finish due to printing processes
• You must inspect delivered products within 48 hours of receipt
• Defects must be reported immediately with photographic evidence
• We will replace or refund products that do not meet agreed specifications
• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun without written agreement
• Cancellation before production may incur administrative fees
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled after approval

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided only in the following circumstances:

• Products that are defective or do not meet agreed specifications
• Orders cancelled before production begins (subject to administrative fees)
• Cancellation by Techno Networks PK due to inability to fulfill the order

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Networks PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Techno Networks PK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
